1. General

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the online shop operated by Nlend Ngom Emmanuel Ulrich, 34 rue Victor Basch, 91300 Massy, France (“DRSHOPS”, “we”, “us”).

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other payment methods indicated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to France, EU member states, the United Kingdom, and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Typical delivery times are 2–4 business days for France, 3–7 business days for the EU, and 5–10 business days for international orders. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

5. Right of Withdrawal

6. Returns and Refunds

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. For detailed information, please see our Returns & Exchanges page. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Warranty and Liability

All products are subject to the statutory warranty provisions under French law. If a product is defective, you are entitled to the legal remedies provided by Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. Our liability is limited to damages that are foreseeable and typical for the type of contract in question, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of DRSHOPS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside. The courts of Evry, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website. Existing contracts remain unaffected by any modifications.
